Return Policy

• We guarantee that you will receive the exact type and brand of contact lenses specified in your order. Each lens will arrive sealed in the manufacturer's sterile packaging.
• Contact lenses are medical devices, so you cannot return them used.
• You can return only unopened, unmarked and sealed contact lens vials or boxes.
• Items must be returned via traceable mail.
• Refund will be made after receiving back the items.
• Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
